The Problem
Due to a manufacturing defect, the windowpanes may have faulty adhesive bonding of the inner and outer panes. Adhesion can deteriorate over time, leading to delamination.
Check if your windows are affected
If you have replaced a MOBICOOL window please select your caravan brand from the list to proceed to the next page and follow the prompts to confirm whether your window/s are affected by the recall. All replacement windowpanes purchased from Dometic between May and November 2022 must be replaced. If your caravan brand is not listed, or if you purchased a windowpane within the date range select 'Can't Locate Brand' for your next steps.
